Welcome to BND Cleaners! By using our commercial cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning for commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, and other business premises. Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialised tasks as agreed upon in your booking.
2. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payments are due as specified in your invoice or booking confirmation. We accept bank transfers
3. Access to Premises
You are responsible for providing our team access to the premises at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by restricted access may affect service quality or timing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients should remove valuables or sensitive materials from areas to be cleaned. While we take every precaution, [BND Cleaning is not liable for loss or damage to items left unattended.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 6 hours in advance. Fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
6. Liability
Our team performs cleaning services with care and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our cleaning services.
7. Changes to Terms
BND Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
